Kerala's Swantham Chicken has been a household brand since 1985 with no digital presence to match. We built a product-forward site in the brand's own green and black, built for distributors as much as consumers.

Context
A forty-year-old brand with no digital shelf
KPF has been a leading distributor of hygienic chicken in Kerala since 1985 and is recognised in shops across the state. Online, it did not exist — which mattered increasingly as retail buyers and quick-commerce partners started their sourcing with a search.
Goal
Look on screen like it looks in the freezer
The Chickland pack is the brand's strongest asset. Rather than invent a web aesthetic, we lifted the packaging's green and black directly into the interface, so a shopper who knows the pack recognises the site instantly.
Process
Two audiences, one homepage
Consumers and distributors want opposite things — one wants recipes and availability, the other wants volumes and terms. We separated the paths at the navigation level while keeping a shared product catalogue underneath, avoiding the split-site maintenance burden.

KPF Chicken, established in 1985 by Shaju Sebastian, is one of Kerala's leading distributors of clean and hygienic chicken, marketed under the Chickland brand from its base in Kadanad, Pala.
