Three readers, one homepage
A container terminal's website is read by shipping agents pricing a movement, by district and state officials assessing regional infrastructure, and by potential investors. Each expects a different register, and the previous site defaulted to none of them.
Goal
Document, don't advertise
Infrastructure credibility comes from specificity. We replaced promotional copy with a facilities register — what the terminal has, what it handles, what it is building — on the principle that a serious reader trusts a list of capabilities more than a paragraph of claims.

Giving planned development its own section was a deliberate bet. It signals continuity to trade partners and gives officials and investors something concrete to engage with, which a services-only site cannot do.
