A Results-Led Academy Site Built Around One Counselling Request
Kerala's leading UPSC and KAS academy had a decade of results and no place to show them. We built a results-led site where every rank, mentor and programme is one scroll from the enquiry form.

Context
Ten years of results, invisible online
iLearn had produced more than two hundred selections since 2015, including an All India Rank 12. None of it was legible on the old site, where results sat behind a menu item and the homepage opened on a generic welcome message. In a market where aspirants compare academies on outcomes alone, that was the whole problem.
Goal
Lead with proof, then explain the method
The site was restructured so the first screen answers the only question that matters to an aspirant — does this place produce officers? Rank holders, faces and numbers come first; pedagogy, faculty and facilities follow for the visitor who has already been convinced enough to keep reading.
Process
Designed around one journey, prelims to interview
Rather than list courses, we mapped the aspirant's actual timeline and built the programme section along it. A first-time candidate and a repeat attempter land on the same page and follow different paths through it, each ending at a counselling request tuned to their stage.

Impact
A counselling desk that fills itself
Free counselling requests have roughly tripled, and the admissions team now spends its calls on fit rather than on explaining what the academy does. Topper stories and interview videos have become the most-visited pages after the homepage.

iLearn IAS Academy is a Trivandrum-based civil services institute preparing candidates for UPSC and Kerala PSC examinations since 2015, with structured batches, personal mentoring and more than two hundred selections to date.
