Serving Hiring Managers and Job Seekers Without Either Losing Out
Two Journeys Split at the First Click, Converging on Shared Proof
A UAE manpower supplier serving contractors across all seven emirates needed to speak to hiring managers and job seekers on the same site without either journey compromising the other. We built a cinematic, trade-led site covering civil, MEP & HVAC and cleaning manpower.
- 10+Years in the UAE market
- 5,000+Workers placed on site
- 48–72hTypical mobilisation window

Context
Two users who must never collide
A project manager needing forty electricians next week and a technician looking for work both land on the same homepage. Serve them with one journey and neither is served; the previous site had defaulted to the employer and left job seekers with a contact form.

Goal
Split at the first click, converge on trust
The homepage separates the two audiences immediately, but both paths pass through the same proof — years in market, workers placed, mobilisation speed. The credibility is shared even though the journeys are not.

Process
The mobilisation number became the hero
Talking to the operations team made it obvious that contractors decide on one figure: how fast can workers be on site. We pulled 48–72 hours out of the process section and gave it headline treatment, because it is the answer everything else supports.
Elements
What we built into the page
Dual Journey
Request-manpower and find-work paths separated from the first click.
Trade Coverage
Civil, MEP & HVAC and cleaning manpower, each with its own service page listing the roles supplied.
Six-Step Process
Mobilisation explained end to end so contractors know what they are committing to.
Mobilisation Promise
The 48–72 hour figure given headline treatment because it is the deciding factor.
Cinematic Video Hero
Full-bleed site footage that shows the workforce before a word of copy.
Impact
A careers pipeline that runs itself
The careers path now brings in candidate applications directly rather than through agents, and employer enquiries arrive specifying trade and headcount.
