Building a Coworking Site With Exactly One Thing to Do
Space Typologies and Memberships That All Lead to a Booked Tour
Kottayam's coworking space needed to sell a room people have not walked into. We built a membership-led site where the tour booking is the only real call to action.
- 3Space types offered
- 1Primary action per page
- KottayamSingle-location focus

Context
Coworking is sold in person
Nobody signs a desk membership from a website. The visit does the selling — the light, the noise level, whether the chairs are any good. The site's only real job is to get someone to book a tour, and the previous one was trying to close the deal instead.

Goal
One action, repeated honestly
We stripped competing calls to action until only one remained. Pricing, amenities and photography all exist to remove objections to visiting, not to complete a sale that was never going to happen online.

Process
Organised by working style
Rather than describe the floor plan, we organised the spaces around how people work — focused solo, collaborative, client-facing. A freelancer and a four-person team each recognise themselves immediately and skip the parts that do not apply.
Elements
What we built into the page
Space Typology
Hot desks, private cabins and meeting rooms explained by working style, not floor plan.
Membership Ladder
Flexible plans compared in one view so the choice is obvious.
Tour as the Conversion
Book-a-tour treated as the only primary action on every page.
Amenity Strip
Internet, power backup, security and parking answered before they are asked.
Impact
Tours that convert
Tour bookings now arrive with a space type already in mind, and the community team reports that visitors turn up knowing the membership options — a conversation that used to take the first half of every tour.
