Moving Eight Freight Service Lines Onto One Homepage
A Service-Led Site Where a Quote Is Never More Than One Tap Away
Headquartered in Muscat and moving freight by air, sea and land, Al Arjwan needed a site that could carry eight service lines without burying any of them. We built a service-led architecture with a quote request never more than one tap away.
- 8Service lines given dedicated sections
- 2xQuote enquiries in the first quarter
- 94Lighthouse performance score

Context
Eight service lines competing for one homepage
Al Arjwan moves everything from air cargo to heavy equipment, and every line had a case for top billing. The previous site resolved this by listing all eight equally, which left visitors scrolling a menu rather than finding their route.

Goal
Get a shipper to the right service in two moves
We treated the homepage as a routing problem. Rather than ranking the services, we made the mode of transport the first decision and the cargo type the second — so an importer and a project-cargo manager each reach their own page in two interactions.

Process
Built around the quote, not the brochure
Every section was designed backwards from the quote form. We mapped which three facts the operations team actually needs to price a shipment, kept the form to those, and placed an entry point into it at each scroll depth so intent is never more than a tap from action.
Elements
What we built into the page
Eight Service Lines
Air, ocean, land, freight forwarding, customs, project cargo, warehousing and equipment rental, each with its own landing section.
Persistent Quote Path
A request-a-quote action fixed in the header and repeated at every scroll depth.
Regional SEO
Structured data and copy tuned for Muscat and wider GCC freight searches.
Marquee Service Index
A moving rail of capabilities that orients first-time visitors in seconds.
Impact
Enquiries that arrive already qualified
Quote requests now come in tagged by service line and route, so the operations desk can price without a follow-up call. The team reports roughly double the enquiry volume since launch, with noticeably fewer misrouted messages.
